We will prepare final declaration draft after that we will forward it to the Secretariat of the President, he said.
Klyuyev foresees that in the near future the Presidents of Ukraine and Russia will sign a declaration on cooperation in fuel-energetic sphere, reports Trend.
Then the mechanism will work on the level of executors, he added.
Klyuyev reminded that he declared that Ukraine will give none its gas transport system. Any double conjectures can't be, he said.
