Guards at the presidential palace in Istanbul, Turkey prevented an intruder from entering the palace today.
IHA news agency reported that on the morning of Nov. 2 an unidentified person, despite being warned by security service, attempted to break into the presidential palace.
Afterwards, palace security service officers had to fire upon the intruder to prevent him from gaining access to the palace.
Other details about the incident have not yet been announced.
