BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 18. The number of real estate properties purchased by Iranian citizens decreased in Türkiye in October 2022, Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre told TurkicWorld, Trend reports on November 18.
According to the directorate, this figure amounted to 498, down by 767 properties on annual basis.
From January through October this year, Iranian citizens purchased 7,038 properties in Türkiye, which is 3,018 less than in the same period of 2021.
A total of 102,660 properties were sold in the country in October 2022 (a decrease of 25.3 percent year on year), of which 5,377 fell on the share of foreigners (8.8 percent less than in October 2021).
