BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 5. Türkiye's exports of ready-made garments to Kyrgyzstan decreased by 25.9 percent year-on-year to $39.8 million from January through February 2024, Trend reports, referring to the Türkiye's Trade Ministry.
"Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $22.4 million to Kyrgyzstan in February this year, which is 7.8 percent less than in February last year," the statement of the ministry says.
Meanwhile, Türkiye's exports of ready-made garments decreased by 8.6 percent from January through February 2024 compared to the same period last year and amounted to $2.9 million.
Türkiye exported ready-made garments worth $1.5 million in February this year, which is 4.6 percent less than in February last year.
To note, Turkey exported finished garments worth $19 billion in the last 12 months (from February 2023 through February 2024).
