BAKU, Azerbaijan, May 21. Kazakh nationals purchased 307 real estate properties in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 191 less than in the same period last year, Trend reports via the Turkish General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre.
The directorate's data shows that Kazakh citizens purchased 57 properties in Türkiye in April this year, which is 32 properties less than in April 2023.
To note, 75,569 apartments were purchased in Türkiye in April 2024, down 11.8 percent year on year.
A total of 355,173 apartments were purchased in Türkiye from January through April 2024, which is 3.7 percent less than in the same period of 2023.
Besides, 1,272 apartments were sold to foreign nationals in Türkiye in April 2024, down 50.3 percent from the same month in 2023.
Additionally, foreigners purchased 6,957 apartments in Türkiye from January through April this year, which is a 48.4 percent decrease compared to the same period last year.
