Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev signed a decree on Jan. 23 assigning a unified monthly allowance for IDPs and persons equated to them.
The decree says that starting from Jan. 1, 2017, a unified monthly allowance of 36 Azerbaijani manats is assigned for each IDP or person equated to IDP instead of the allowance payments from state budget for food, public utilities and other services.
