“The Azerbaijani Military Court on Hard Crimes under the chairmanship of judge Gurbat Asgarov started a legal procedure against a group of servicemen on Tuesday,” Asgarov said toTrend.
Accused servicemen are Elchin Mammadov, the former military commissar of the Azizbayov district, Etibar Rzayev, the former chief of the Special Communication Division of X military unit, Soltan Karimov, the assistant of the Organizing Division of the same unit.
Mammadov partly denied the accusations, while Rzayev did not plead guilty. The sitting will continue on Wednesday. They are accused on articles 311,313, 320 and 341 of the Criminal Code.
