Several artistic gymnastics events were held at Baku 2015 European Games on June 20.
On the ninth day of competitions, Russian gymnast Aliya Mustafina won the gold medal in women's uneven bars exercise in the artistic gymnastics event. Mustafina scored 15.400.
Sophie Scheder from Germany won the silver medal in the same event, while the bronze medal was grabbed by Romanian representative Andreea Iridon.
In another artistic gymnastics event, the women's floor exercise, the Swiss gymnast Giulia Steingruber grabbed the gold medal, with a score of 14.266.
Russian gymnast Aliya Mustafina won the silver medal, while Lieke Wevers, representing the Netherlands, grabbed the bronze medal.
In the artistic gymnastics women's beam event, held the same day, the Dutch gymnast Lieke Wevers claimed the gold medal. She scored 14.200.
The event's silver medal was won by the Romanian gymnast Andreea Iridon, while the Swiss athlete Giulia Steingruber grabbed the bronze medal.
Several men's artistic gymnastics events were also held yesterday at the Games.
On June 20, the Greek gymnast Eleftherios Petrounias won the gold medal in the men's artistic gymnastics rings event. He scored 15.633 points.
The silver medal of the same event was won by the Russian gymnast Nikita Ignatyev, while the bronze medal went to Ibrahim Colak from Turkey.
The European Games that kicked off in Baku June 12, will last till June 28. There is a total of 20 sports at Baku 2015: 16 Olympic sports and four non-Olympic sports.
More than 6,000 athletes from across Europe came to Baku to represent their nations over 17 days of competition. Baku was awarded the games by the European Olympic Committees (EOC) in December 2012.
