Azerbaijan’s Khirdalan brick plant, a big producer of building materials, has increased the production of bricks by 10-12 percent since the beginning of this year compared to 2019, a source in the plant told Trend.
“The production volume is 500 tons per day,” the source said.
"Currently, the plant produces more than 50 types of bricks,” the source said. “It is planned to increase this figure up to 600 tons per day in the first half of the year and then up to 700 tons by the end of 2020. It is planned to increase the production of block bricks, for which there is the greatest demand in the market.”
The plant is operating at full capacity. Currently, the plant has two production workshops.
The plant has a modern automatic control system.
Khirdalan brick plant established in 2005 is located 10 kilometers from Baku.
The plant collaborates with organizations and production unions involved in the construction and installation industry in Germany, Greece, the Czech Republic, Turkey and Russia.
