BAKU, Azerbaijan, October 11. The United States is working with Azerbaijan on the Climate Finance Action Fund, the Senior Advisor to the US President for Clean Energy Innovation and Implementation John Podesta said at a briefing in Baku today, Trend reports.
"We are pleased to see an initiative in this area. The details are still under development, particularly with the partners they are collaborating to secure additional resources intended to support the least developed economies. We are engaging with them on various issues, but for the time being, I believe this is still a work in progress. We anticipate updates during our meetings, which will take place in Washington in two weeks during the World Bank sessions, as well as when we return here in November," he said.
