It is impossible to perceive national reasons in the combat between the residents of Cheraevo village of Belgorod oblast of Russian Federation, the Head of the Administration of Cheraevo village of the Shebekin region of Belgorod oblast Aleksandr Pleskanov exclusively told Trend Special Correspondent in Russia after meeting with the representatives of the Azerbaijani society of Belgorod and Federal National Cultural Autonomy of Russian Azerbaijanis Azerros.

Perceiving national reasons doesn't have any sense because Azerbaijanis have being living in our village since 1980 and no problem has emerged. Many hunter are always found to play with national senses, but it is impossible to permit confrontations and conflicts to come into existence. Azerbaijani are involved in the construction, agriculture and cattle-breeding, and their children go to schools. Attack of a group comprised of five young people to Azerbaijanis cannot break these relations, Pleskanov stressed.

In addition, he emphasized that 695 people live in Cheraevo village, with 9 Azerbaijanis families 62 officially registered Azerbaijanis and 20 illegally living Azerbaijanis. This year generally 6 children went to the first form, with 1 Azerbaijani, 1 Armenian and 4 Russians. This year 15 people were born and 39 died in the Cheraevo village. Mentioning the demographical situation, Pleskanov stressed that the fact that Azerbaijanis form more than 10% of the population of the village means the advantage of the migration.

The head of the village administration believes that Azerbaijanis don't bring any harms to anybody in the village. He considers that despite that Azerbaijanis are passive in bringing their documents in order and officially registration, the village administration does all the best to help them in this respect.
