Azerbaijan, Baku / Тrend / President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev sent a message of congratulations to Gen. Pervez Musharraf on his re-election as President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
"We attach great significance to our interstate relationships reflecting the will of our friendly sister nations. I am convinced that we will continue our efforts towards enlarging the scope of cooperation between our two countries and strengthening relations in all fields," the President said in the message. The Azerbaijani leader wished his Pakistani counterpart good health, happiness and successful activity in the name of his nation.
