Such violations were revealed at polling stations 3 and 4 of the Masalli Constituency Election Commission, polling stations 20 and 22 of the Astara Constituency Election Commission 77, polling stations 14 and 17 of the Shamkir Constituency Election Commission 98, polling stations 28, 30 and 33 of the Guba Constituency Election Commission 52, the polling stations 22 and 25 of the Gusar Constituency Election Commission 51, as well as polling stations 7 and 9 of the Agdash Constituency Election Commission 90.
Seven candidates are participating in the 15 October presidential elections, including Ilham Aliyev, chairman of ruling New Azerbaijan Party; Igbal Agazade, chairman of opposition Umid (Hope) Party; Fazil Gazanfaroglu, chairman of Great Establishment Party; Gudrat Hasanguliyev, chairman of Unified Popular Front Party; Hafiz Hajiyev, chairman of Muasir Musavat Party; Fuad Aliyev, chairman of Liberal Democrat Party and independent candidate Gulamhuseyn Alibayli.
