OSCE Develops Report about Georgia for Ministerial Council

Georgia, Tbilisi, 17 October / corr Trend N.Kirtzkhalia / The Organization on Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) prepares a report about Georgia for Ministerial Council of member-nations of this organization, Yanez Lenarchich, director of the OSCE Organization for Democratic Institutes and Human Rights, said at the meeting with David Bakradze, chairman of Georgian parliament.

The situation in the territory of South Ossetia, mainly in Georgian villages, which are occupied by Russian troops, will be described in the report, he said.

The facts of violation of human rights in Tskhinvali region, as well as elections of Supreme Council of Ajaria were also under discussions. Lenarchich believes that representatives of the OSCE will visit Tskhinvali, when it is possible. The discussions also concerned the elections to the Supreme Council of Ajaria
