Art contest "Fenomen" organized by the Azerbaijani Youth and Sport Ministry jointly with the Organization of Integration of Azerbaijani Youth in Europe completed.
The contest was held to study and promote the heritage of National Leader Heydar Aliyev among creative young people living in Azerbaijan, Organization President Gulsel Safarova.
"The contest was launched a month ago. It was attended by representatives from various national communities living in Azerbaijan. The contest awarded four people with special prizes and four national communities awarded prizes for their active participation in the contest," Safarova said.
