President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has sent a congratulatory letter to President of Burkina-Faso Blaise Compaore on the country's national holiday - the Republic Day, AzerTAj state news agency reported.
In the letter, President Ilham Aliyev expressed hope that "relations established between Azerbaijan and Burkina-Faso will develop in the atmosphere of friendship and cooperation".
The Azerbaijani leader wished Blaise Compaore strong health, success in his activities, peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Burkina-Faso.
