The Baku Executive Power did not sanction the action scheduled for 10 December in Galaba square, Baku authorities told Trend.
Zaur Ramazanov, the head of the Public and Political Division of the Baku Executive Power, noted that the criminal case was filed on the 26 November events. The representative of the city administration stated that the oppositionists did not fulfill their commitments and showed resistance to the police.
Taking into consideration the facts, the Baku authorities regard sanctioning of the opposition rally scheduled for 10 December in �Motodrom’ stadium, located in the Bilajary settlement, as expedient. The Baku Executive Power called on and warned the organizers of the rally against voicing the anti-state slogans, as well as banned bringing of fire-arms and cold steel.
