Georgian vice speaker discusses bilateral relationships in Baku

Jemal Inaishvili, the vice speaker of the Georgian parliament, is currently holding consultations in Baku on the development of bilateral cooperation, Alexander Akhvlediani, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of Georgia to Azerbaijan, told Trend.

According to the diplomat, on Thursday morning the delegation met with the chairman of the Milli Majlis [parliament], Oktai Asadov. The talks focused on perspectives of establishment of business relationships with the new composition of the Azerbaijani parliament, bilateral interparliamentary relationships, as well as interaction at the international organizations.

Akhvlediani informed program of a one day visit includes meetings with the Executive Secretary of the ruling New Azerbaijan Party, Ali Aliyev and the Azerbaijani present, Ilham Aliyev.

The delegation will be back on Friday.
