The Center on municipality works of the Justice ministry will present a reference on work of the local governance bodies to the permanent Parliamentary commission on regional issues, the commission head, Arif Rahimzadeh told Trend .
He stated that after the reference will be discussed by the commission it will be presented to the speaker of parliament. The commission head has expressed his concern that the municipalities are providing the citizens with land territories near the water basins. He emphasized that in spite of the early Heydar Aliyev` s decree to destroy the private buildings in the 130 km area within the water basins; on the Caspian coast, next to the Jeyranbatan and Hodjahasan water reservoirs and etc., construction of the private buildings still continues in the areas. This all can lead to big troubles, Rahimzadeh said.
The given matter will be reflected in the Center on municipality works reference.
A monitoring has been held by the State committee for land and mapping to identify the problem.
