The 55th meeting of the CIS border troops commanders Council will be held on April 19, 2006 in Minsk, the CIS executive committee told Trend.
The meeting` s participants will review the perspective plan of the joint border policy of CIS, plan for organizational actions and coordination service for 2007.
Preparation of the inter-ministerial operational- prophylactic actions, special border operations in 2006, programs on international terrorism and extremism, joint crime struggle, drug trafficking and illegal immigration will also be on the agenda.
