Russian Human Rights Watcher (Ombudsman) Vladimir Lukin keeps eye on human rights of Azerbaijanis residing in Russia, Trend reports quoting Lukin.
В"I would not say anyone is breaching Azerbaijanis human rights as the government an law-enforcement bodies of the country do their best to prevent such violationВ", - Lukin said, adding that tension of relationships among nations is firstly linked to globalization, gap between the rich and poor and so on.
This tension is partially the fault of Russian law-enforcement bodies, Lukin continued. He also disproved the information on supposed standing of Russias governmental agencies behind skinheads backs, but suggested some sympathy to pro-nazi organizations at middle and low level of Russian police agencies. This is a serious problem and it shall be solved in close cooperation, he said.
