Azerbaijan, Baku, 25 April / Trend corr. K.Zarbaliyev / The lawsuit by Yashar Agazade, employee of the Mukhalifat newspaper, against the rector of the Baku State University has not been approved.
Agazade demanded AZN 10,000 from Rector Abel Maharramov for moral damage
According to the plaintiff, in 2006, Mazahir Sultanov, the assistant of the rector, rejected the application for entry to the Baku State University saying that the journalist had, in his article, criticized the activities of the University in 2003. Agazade submitted his application repeatedly and was still rejected by the University.
Agazade will make a court appeal as the Yasamal District Court of Baku did not approve the lawsuit.
