Baku will host the 49th meeting of the European Commission World Tourism Organization (WTO) on March 24-26, Azerbaijani Tourism and Culture Ministry said in a message on Feb. 25.
A technical workshop titled, "Economic Crisis Impact on European Tourism", will be held during the meeting.
Delegations from 45 countries will be attending.
The decision to hold the meeting in Baku was made at the WTO 48th meeting in Prague in May 2008.
