On the case of the serviceman of the Azerbaijan’s Army Ramil Safarov charged with the murder of the Armenian serviceman in Budapest, the appeal has been addressed to the court in Budapest. The appeal has been adopted on 13 December during the roundtable at the International press centre, Trend reports. At the event which was held on the initiative of the Karabakh Liberation Organization (KLO) and was dedicated to the defense of Ramil Safarov, it was noted that the Azerbaijani serviceman became the victim of the intrigues from the part of the Armenians and the provocation planned in advance.
The committee on Ramil Safarov rights defense took an appeal to the court of Budapest. The requirement to hold the unbiased court procedure and to take into account the situation in which Safarov found himself and the reasons of his deeds are expressed in the document.
