BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 5. For the first time in Azerbaijan, horses of the Karabakh breed will be put up for auction, the Ministry of Agriculture of Azerbaijan told Trend.
The auctions will be organized in the Gobustan Demonstration Cattle Breeding Complex at Agroservice OJSC.
The auction is open to both local and foreign farm owners and entrepreneurs and will take place on April 15.
Specially selected horses will be put up for auction. Sales will be carried out in accordance with the auction format, the Ministry said.
The complex will provide information about Karabakh horses.
Horses purchased at the auction will be insured, the Ministry of Agriculture added.
