BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 11. Some 0.4 percent increase in prices for commercial facilities in Baku was recorded in March 2022, compared to the previous month, Trend reports with reference to the consulting company MBA Group.
According to company, the growth in prices for commercial facilities in Baku amounted to 73.52 percent at an annual rate.
The cost of one sq.m of commercial facilities amounted to 3,594 manat ($2114) in March 2022, company said.
Slight increase was also recorded in cost of land plots in Baku, in March 2022. The average price of 100 sq.m of land was about 22,000 manat ($12,941).
This figure increased by 2.32 percent at an annual rate and over the month - by 7.22 percent, the MBA Group added.
