According to the company, the cost of renting private and country houses in Baku in March recorded a decrease of 11.85 percent compared to the previous month and for the year - by 15.45 percent.
An increase in prices by 0.4 percent for commercial facilities was recorded in Baku in March 2022, compared to the previous month and on an annualized basis - by 73.52 percent.
