BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 25. Azerbaijan's BTB Capital Investment Company OJSC announced a reduction of the authorized capital by 650,000 manat ($382,350), or 65 percent, from 1 million manat ($588,235) to 350,000 manat ($205,880), Trend reports via the company.
According to the bank, to this end, the nominal value of 1,000 outstanding ordinary, registered, and uncertificated shares of the investment company will be reduced from 1,000 ($588) to 350 manat ($205).
BTB Capital Investment Company OJSC performed 388 transactions worth 1 billion manat ($588 million) on the Baku Stock Exchange in 2022.
BTB Capital was established in 2018 and its only shareholder is Bank BTB JSC.
