BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 6. The total value of Türkiye's defense industry products exported from January through February 2023 decreased, the Turkish Trade Ministry told TurkicWorld, Trend reports.
According to the ministry, this figure amounted to $584.9 million, down by 5.7 percent on annual basis.
"In February this year, Türkiye exported defense industry products worth $303.5 million, which is 6.7 percent less than in February 2022," the ministry said.
In the last 12 months (from February 2022 through February 2023), the country exported defense industry products in the amount of $4.3 billion.
In 2022, the value of Türkiye's defense industry products exported 2022 increased by 36.9 percent, totaling $4.4 billion.
