BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 12. Prices for renting private and country houses increased in Azerbaijan's capital Baku in February 2023, Nusrat Ibrahimov, CEO of the MBA (Marketing Business Analysis) Group consulting company of Azerbaijan, told Trend.
"The average price per square meter of private and country houses, in the reporting period, grew by 13.62 percent compared to the preceding month and increased by 8.37 percent to 6.86 manat ($4) year-on-year," Ibrahimov said.
According to the CEO, in the capital, the total volume of offers on the rental market of houses, in the accounting period, amounted to 538.
Regarding the rental of commercial facilities, Ibrahimov noted that the average price for their rent for the year also increased.
"The average cost of renting one square meter facility in Baku in February 2023 decreased by 3.41 percent compared to the previous month, and increased by 2.66 percent to 15.85 manat ($9.3) year-on-year," he said.
He also pointed out that the total volume of offers on the commercial rental market reached 729.
