BAKU, Azerbaijan, April 28. Prices for apartment rentals have increased in Baku in March 2023, director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusret Ibrahimov told Trend.
"The average cost of renting a square meter of apartments in Baku was 9.58 manat ($5.64) with an increase of 5.27 percent in a month, 26.05 percent in a year," he said.
According to Ibrahimov, in the reporting period, the total volume of offers on the apartment rental market in the capital amounted to 820 offers.
