Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend corr I. Khalilova / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of interest-bearing book-entry unsecured registered bonds of AtaLeasing OJSC.
The volume of the issue is USD 500,000, the face value per bond USD 1,000, annual interest rate on bonds 17%, and the turnover period 7 years.
According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of initial public offering at Baku Stock Exchange. AtaBank OJSC will be the underwriter of bonds placement.
