Azerbaijan, Baku, 8 August / Trend / Within the framework of the development of Azerbaijani highways, Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev approved a memorandum on mutual understanding, which was signed between the Azerbaijani Transport Minister and the Korean Pyunghwa Engineering Consultants Ltd co on 19 May in 2008, the official press reported.
The memorandum envisages development of feasibility study and working draft, as well as, construction of Shamakhi-Guba motor way.
Head of the State approved a memorandum on mutual understanding between the Azerbaijani Transport Ministry and the Korean Dongsung Engineering Co. Ltd. to design a bridge over the Baku bay, as well.
