In February, the price on primary property market in Baku dropped by 2.5 percent to $1,078 per square meter compared to January, the Public Organization Participants of the Real Estate Property said.
A total of 550 buildings were constructed in February. Roughly 202 companies were engaged in construction.
The Yasamal district has the most buildings under construction followed by Nasimi and Khatai. All of these buildings comprised 66.5 percent of the primary housing market portfolio.
In February, the average area of apartments was 121.4 square meters, average indicator of apartment blocks - 2.3 and average floor index - 15.1
