The Turkmen Ministry of Construction and the State Border Service announced an international tender to design and construct "turnkey" frontiers for the Turkmen State Border Service.
Concerned organizations are advised to read international tender rules for designing and constructing houses, social and cultural buildings, and facilities which will be used by Turkmen law enforcement agencies.
The deadline for submission is Sept. 30, 2011.
