Kazakhstan has ceased licensing activities for transporting hazardous goods by rail, the KazakhAgency for Regulation of Natural Monopolies (ARNM) said on Friday.
According to the report, ARNM continues to reduce administrative barriers in its activity. From Jan. 31, according to a state resolution, the rules for licensing the transportation of hazardous goods by rail were abolished.
Dangerous goods include toxic chemicals, radioactive, flammable and explosive substances.
