National Bank of Georgia issued a license to a foreign bank to operate in the country on Tuesday.
A license to work is given to IS bank (Turkey), the National Bank of Georgia told Trend.
Turkish bank will open branch in Batumi.
The National Bank said currently 19 Georgian commercial banks and three branches of foreign banks are operating in Georgia.
