The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan has determined which company will hold a technical inventory of real estate covered by the plan of building a new road in Baku, the committee statement published in official press said.
According to the statement, a six-lane road stretching for seven kilometres will be constructed in parallel with Ziya Bunyadov Avenue and connect Ganjlik Square with a roundabout near the Koroglu metro station. In the first phase of the road it is necessary to compile cadastral plans of real estate around the stadium which is currently under construction and to provide extracts from these plans.
In this regard, previously the State Committee announced a tender for the procurement of services for the geodetic measurements and technical inventory. The winner was Decad LLC.
The parties have already signed the corresponding agreement, the statement said.
