Non-life insurance collections amounted to 83.48 million manats in Azerbaijan in January-February 2017, said the country’s Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FIMSA).
FIMSA said the share of non-life insurance in the total volume of collections was 80.4 percent in the reporting period.
Payments of claims on non-life insurance reached 17.61 million manats (40.2 percent of all payments).
One reinsurance and twenty-one insurance companies operate in Azerbaijan.
