‘Real estate market in Azerbaijan becomes brisk’

The reforms, which are being carried out in Azerbaijan, had a positive impact on the country’s real estate sector, Kerem Hasanov, chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee on Property Issues, said.

Hasanov made the remarks at the opening ceremony of the RecExpo exhibition in Baku Nov. 28.

“The Azerbaijani real estate market has become brisk due to RecExpo exhibition, which is an integral part of those reforms,” he said.

Hasanov added that about 70 companies from 14 countries, namely, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, UK, Portugal, Georgia and others, are taking part in the exhibition.

He said that the exhibition will showcase more than 150 projects.

The exhibition, which is being held in Baku Expo Center, will last till November 30.
