For the first time in Uzbekistan, Ipak Yuli Bank moved its retail unit to the SAP CRM platform for managing customer interactions and the SAP HANA unified database, the Uzbek bank stated.
The project "Unified Client Card and Credit Application" was implemented jointly with SAP CIS.
A unified information environment about real and potential clients, as well as partners of the bankб has been formed. The process of considering loan applications of legal entities and individuals has been automated.
SAP systems allowed increasing the volume of loan products. Before the launch of SAP systems, the bank issued 30 loans per day, whereas currently this figure is 70 loans a day.
Integration of a credit line with an automated banking system and formation of unified printed forms made it possible to significantly reduce the percentage of errors, and thanks to electronic document management it was possible to shorten the time for approval of applications.
“Thanks to the transition to SAP solutions, the main processes of the credit direction were automated. All branches issue loans using a credit line implemented on SAP CRM. We will use this experience in further automation of the retail unit to be always close to our customers, to anticipate their needs and to offer the most demanded banking products,” Ulugbek Tavakkalov, head of the retail business development group of Ipak Yuli Bank, said.
