Vugar Rajabov has left the position of board member of the Azerbaijani company Gunay Insurance, the company told Trend Oct. 5.
Rajabov was approved for this position as part of the renewal of the board in August this year.
Thus, there are two people left in the company’s board - Acting Chairman of the Board Kanan Asgarov and his deputy Ilkin Mirzoyev.
In January-August 2018, premiums of the Gunay Insurance amounted to 4.34 million manats, while insurance payments stood at 2.11 million manats.
The Gunay Insurance has been operating in Azerbaijan since September 1992.
The authorized capital of the insurance company is 7.7 million manats. The company provides services on 19 types of voluntary insurance and four types of compulsory insurance.
