Uzbek company Artel will launch a refrigerator manufacturing plant in Dushanbe (Tajikistan), Trend reports with reference to the head of Tajik State Committee on Investments and Property Management Farrukh Hamralizod.
He stressed that Artel products have been sold in Tajikistan for several years. During this time, household appliances confidently entered the local market and gained the great popularity among the population.
Hamralizod also drew attention to the fact that cooperation and partnership with Uzbekistan is reaching a new level: last year, foreign investors invested $644.5 million in the country's economy, where Uzbekistan’s share is $5.3 million. Uzbek investments went to the development of agriculture, poultry and horticulture.
New sewing shops will be opened in Tajikistan that will use knitted fabrics from Uzbekistan and the shops of Uzbek entrepreneurs will soon appear on the Bokhtar market ” Khoji Sharif”.
