The Azerbaijani company Islamoghlu Un Mamulatlari, which produces and sells flour products, sees a decline in sales of its products, a source in the company told Trend.
The source noted that the company's sales has dropped by 20 percent.
"This is a fairly large figure, even if we consider that the trend of decline in sales is associated with a seasonal factor. As a rule, our products are well sold in winter and autumn, in the other two seasons, consumer demand is much lower," the source said.
The decline in sales is also linked to increasing competition in this market segment, the source noted.
The company has no plans to export its products, but intends to sell in the domestic market, the source said.
The company has been operating in Baku since 2015, mainly produces bakery products, cakes and other types of sweets.
