The volume of fertilizers imported by Greece from Turkmenistan from January through June 2021 in value terms amounted to 1.6 million Euros, Eurostat told Trend.
According to the information, the total volume of goods imported by Greece from Turkmenistan in 1H2021 in value terms amounted to 22 million Euros, while in physical terms it amounted to 593, 902 tons.
In particular, during the reporting period Greece imported from Turkmenistan oil products (mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation) for 20 million Euros (in the amount of 535, 394 tons), fertilizers - for 1.6 million Euros (58,150 tons), man-made filaments and other textile materials – for 88,887 Euros.
At the same time, during the reporting period Greece exported to Turkmenistan goods worth 640,090 Euros in the amount of 6,209 tons.
In 1H2021 Greece exported to Turkmenistan construction materials (stone, plaster, cement, asbestos, mica or similar materials) for 248,327 euros, manufactures of straw, of esparto or of other plaiting materials - for 205,686 euros, pharmaceutical products - for 98,400 euros and paper and paperboard – for 17,172 euros.
In general, the total volume of goods imported by EU countries from Turkmenistan in 1H2021 accounted for 240 million Euros in the amount of 6.1 million tons.
At the same time, Turkmenistan during the reporting period imported from EU countries goods worth 275 million Euros in the amount of 239,737 tons.
