In this connection over 2 years it is planned to install tax POS-terminals which will enable the taxpayers to send tax declarations to taxpayers through Internet. Hence, they can produce tax declarations to tax bodies not coming to the tax bodies, while the POS-terminal will not accept if they contain errors.

POS-terminals must be installed in territorial tax departments. Initially, one terminal will be established in every tax department (three in Baku and 12 вЂ"territorial). “In the beginning we want to see how many taxpayers will be attracted,” Mammadov noted.

The Taxes Ministry is going to apply card system in tax payment. Under measures for transition to non-cash payment, in the near future the tax payments will be implemented by the banking cards via the cash-vending machines. The discussions with the Azericard processing continue in this direction.

Besides, it is also planned to expand the telephone inquiry service 195 and apply it in the territorial tax bodies to enable the population to use it free or at privileged tariffs. In this respect the Taxes Ministry appealed to the Ministry of Communications and Information Technologies.
