Financial cooperation matters have been discussed in Baku. The first Caucasus Banking & Finance Conference 2006 will be held in Baku on June 13- 14 in Baku, the PR companys, Iteca Caspian manager, Mehriban Bahshiyeva told Trend.
Presentation of the Azerbaijani banking sector achievements to the international structures, local market, opportunities of providing a wide specter of banking services and projects to the corporate clients, cooperation in creating the direct dialog between banks and financial organizations and discussion of the priority areas for the local banking sector will be the major aims of the conference, she said.
The conference will be supported by the National Bank, Azerbaijan Banking Association and Finance ministry.
State officials, representatives from central, national and private banks, business structures, potential investors, researchers, analysts, insurance companies and financial experts will take part at the conference.
