The President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev signed an order appointing Tofig Gahramanov the vice president of SOCAR (State Oil Company of Azerbaijan) on strategic development, the company said on July 9.
Previously, Gahramanov served as head of marketing and economic operations department of SOCAR.
