"Azerenergy" JSC (production and distribution of electricity in Azerbaijan) applies the international quality management standard ISO 9001:2008, the report said.
The quality standard is applied to ensure energy security, improve stable work of equipment, needs of consumers, as well as strengthen the position as a reliable partner on the international market.
The main requirements of ISO 9001:2008 is the compliance of the organization to this standard, development and improvement of indices, providing customers with uninterrupted electricity, raising the level of service, as well as monitoring and analysis of management to improve the quality management system.
