BAKU, Azerbaijan, February 25. The production of Iran's Arvand Petrochemical Company increased by 15 percent, during the first 11 months of the current Iranian year (March 21, 2022 through January 19, 2023), compared to the same period last Iranian year, Trend reports citing the company’s website.

Overall, the company produced 2,058,000 tons of petrochemical products in 11 months.

Meanwhile, the company's revenues for the reporting period stood at 75 trillion rials (about $1.78 billion), which is an increase of 122 percent compared to the same period last Iranian year.

The Arvand Petrochemical Company is located in the Khuzestan Province (south-western Iran). The company produces Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC), Vinyl chloride monomer (VCM), ethylene dioxide (EDC) and etc.

The annual production capacity of Arvand Petrochemical Company is 2.8 million tons. Of this, 340,000 tons accounted for PVC products.
